A leak from The Last of Us TV show revealed how HBO is transforming a small town in Canada.
Yesterday, November 2, the four images below were uploaded, apparently from a city council meeting in Canmore, Alta. All four images come from a presentation given to city council detailing how the town of Canmore will be transformed to fit the role of Jackson, Wyoming, later this month in November.

It’s also worth noting that a full video recording of said city council meeting has already been uploaded to YouTube, but has since been removed. However, according to comments from Twitter of those who have seen the video, it is said that episode seven of the 10-episode season will be filmed in Canmore while it doubles for Jackson.
This is just the last of the myriad of details relating to the production of The Last of Us TV show to make their way online. Over the past month, we’ve seen photos of Pedro Pascal as Joel, Anna Torv as Tess, and Bella Ramsey as Ellie, along with another set photo giving us a first look at the âinfectedâ horror adaptation.
As for current details, it looks like the HBO adaptation will be visiting Jackson in Wyoming during episode seven of the 10-episode season. In the original Naughty Dog game, it’s here that protagonist Joel reunites with his brother Tommy, who will be played by Gabriel Luna in the upcoming adaptation.
We don’t have a release date just yet for the HBO adaptation, but a the director had previously hinted at a 2022 release window.
