‘Super-Pets’ Joins These Great Animated Superhero Movies and Shows

There are many great options for animated superhero movies and shows.

Batman, Spider-Man, and the Avengers are just a few of the crime-fighting heroes that have proven to be big draws as cartoons.

With “DC League of Super-Pets” set to hit audiences this Friday, here are more animated superhero projects that do the genre justice.

This hilarious family movie helped build the Batman brand with an adventure combining the Dark Knight with colorful Lego bricks.

Will Arnett casts stunt doubles as the selfish Batman, who must learn to work with Michael Cera’s bumbling Robin as the Joker threatens Gotham.

Arnett praised the film to the Daily News ahead of its 2017 release as having “something for everyone”, while Cera relished the film’s bombardment of jokes.

“I’m so excited about the brand of humor, his speed and frequency of jokes, and his energy,” Cera said.

It is available to stream on HBO Max.

This nine-episode series proved to be a marvel in considering alternate outcomes for the heroes of the Avengers.

Chadwick Boseman, Benedict Cumberbatch and Hayley Atwell are among the stars who have lent their voices to the show, which has dreamed up scenarios like Black Panther becoming the leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

The show debuted last year and a second season is in the works. Every episode of Season 1 is available on Disney+.

This Oscar-winning film weaves a web of action and emotion as it brings together different versions of Spider-Man for one epic story.
