Kings of Leon Launch 2021 Tour: Videos and Set List

Kings of Leon hit the road last night performing an epic 28 song show in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The concert included both favorite songs and songs from the band’s most recent album, When you see yourself. The show’s set list and videos can be viewed below.

Even though the group appeared in an NFL draft in Cleveland last April for a short set, last night’s performance marked the first time Kings of Leon has performed a full-scale touring show since September. 2019. The time away from the road turned out to be good for the band as they worked on their eighth album, which was released in March.

“We were so used to… after you finished the record, you slowly start your press, then you play little shows and then it’s the world tour, so we were all set for that. ” singer Caleb Followill said earlier this summer. “When it all stopped and we started to realize it wasn’t going to be the case, it was actually, in a weird way, educational in a good way for us. … I kinda like to put all the hard work into making an album and then, like, take a break and sit down for a second instead of diving right into it [touring] and exhaust us. So there was some good going with the bad.

However, the whole group will not be present on the new tour. Guitarist Matthew Followill recently said he do not join Kings of Leon for this stage of shows following the birth of the new baby of his wife Johanna and his wife.

The kings of Leon will continue their When you see yourself touring across the United States until the fall, before traveling to Australia and Europe next year.
