Burl’s Creek unveils ‘Endless Summer Series’

“We are thrilled with the long awaited return of live music,” said an official of a series celebrating Canadian outdoor concerts of mixed genres with camping available

Republic Live is proud to announce the “Neverending Summer Series,” celebrating an all-Canadian mixed genre outdoor concert series with camping available.

The first event kicks off the August long weekend at Burl’s Creek, in accordance with provincial Stage 2 COVID regulations and with physical distancing. Festival fans, concert goers and traditional campers can all come together under one sky to enjoy the great outdoors and great music in a COVID-protected space.

As a venue, Burl’s Creek Event Grounds typically has over 40,000 fans in attendance for the Boots and Hearts Music Festival, Canada’s largest country and camping festival. With nearly 600 acres of event space, the venue can accommodate over 70,000 fans and will utilize enough space to operate safely with an extremely small concert capacity of 5,000 fans.

“We are delighted to reopen,” said Todd Jenereaux, executive vice president of Republic Live. ” We are ready ! We are excited about the long-awaited return of live music as we bring The Endless Summer Concert Series to Burl’s Creek.

“Looking back and thinking ahead, we are confident to bring everyone back with new health and safety protocols. will continue to monitor as we progress into stage three, ”said Jenereaux.

Public health measures will be in effect at the event, including physical distancing, improved cleaning and disinfection, and mandatory masks in public spaces – much like the current guidelines in place for restaurant terraces, grounds camping and parks.

Concert tickets will only be sold in groups of four, so gather three of your favorite music fans, pick your favorite show, and secure your seat at Ontario’s favorite concert venue.

Stan and Eva Dunford, owners of the premises, also shared their enthusiasm.

“The aim of the ‘Endless Summer Series’ is to once again celebrate the magic of live outdoor events,” said Dunford. “The fresh outdoors, summer sun, camping under the stars and programming by Canadian artists will put concerts in Burl’s Creek back early.

“A destination either as a day trip to get together with bands and experience live music, or as a well-deserved weekend camping getaway among music fans. We’ve got you covered, whether the fun begins because going out and meeting friends safely is important to all of us, it’s time to once again create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime, ”added Dunford.
